Shipping Information

LT & Co. ships across Canada. Shipping rates are determined by weight and calculated at checkout.


Standard Delivery

Furniture and area rugs are shipped directly to your home from our manufacturers to reach you safely and with shorter lead times. Here’s what that means: products will be shipped for ‘curbside delivery’ meaning our third-party couriers and freight carriers will not deliver inside your home on a standard delivery. Also, please note packaging removal and assembly is not included in shipping fees. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours and you will be contacted for an estimated time of delivery within two business days. Every manufacturer will have different lead times however most furniture, lighting and area rug orders will be shipped within 7 - 10 business days and delivered within 8 - 12 weeks. Please be advised that we are experiencing longer wait times due to Covid-19. Custom order lead times will vary. We will provide you with a tracking number to track your order from the moment it ships so you can watch it get delivered right to your door.

In the event that your order has been discontinued or extensively delayed, LT & Co. will notify you and refund your order amount.


White Glove Delivery

For white-glove delivery service including assembly and installation, please contact us at hello@shopltandco.com and we will be happy to provide you with an estimate and make arrangements to schedule a white-glove delivery of your purchase.


US Shipping

We are happy to fulfill US orders. To make arrangements to ship your purchase to the US, please contact us at hello@shopltandco.com with your product SKU and address for delivery, and preferred method of delivery.


Local Pick-Up

Hey locals, good news! Local pick-up is available at our Calgary warehouse location. To schedule a local pick-up of your purchase please contact us at hello@shopltandco.com or call 1.403.230.3318.


Returns

Returns are eligible within 15 business days from the date of delivery. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and customers ship returns at their own cost. Refunds are made to the original form of payment, less a 20% restocking fee. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for us to review and process the return from the date of receipt. It is up to the discretion of LT & Co. whether or not an item is returnable. If the return is accepted, we will email you once the refund has been issued. Furniture is custom ordered and therefor final sale. Lighting is non-returnable. Please ship returned product in it’s original packaging with no visible damage or wear, unless it was received damaged or defective. If you need assistance with a return, please contact us.


Damaged Product

If a product arrived damaged please contact us at hello@shopltandco.com within 48 hours to process a replacement order and make arrangements for the return of the original item.
